Renay is a Solicitor in the commercial team at Norton White. Renay has experience in working on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial advisory matters.
Expertise & Experience
Renay has assisted on a range of commercial transactions including:
Drafting of constitutions, shareholder agreements, terms and conditions and foreign investment applications
Advising on Aviation and Logistics specific agreements including Ground Handling and Freight Agreements
Providing governance advice in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
Sale and purchase of aircrafts and businesses including conducting due diligence and transition requirements
Prior to joining Norton White, Renay worked as a lawyer in a national commercial law firm within the corporate and commercial advisory team and assisted in both high profile and private commercial transactions.
Qualifications
Renay graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in 2020 and was admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria in July 2021.
