Brendan is a senior associate at Norton White in both the litigation and commercial sector.

Expertise & Experience

  • Negotiating and drafting aircraft sale and purchase contracts, operating leases, finance leases and other agreements for aircraft, rotorcraft, drones and other transport equipment

  • Regulatory advice on the Civil Aviation Act 1988 (Cth) and associated instruments

  • Cross-border financing and leasing

  • Advising on key current and emergent issues of air transport law and policy

  • Acting on M&A transactions for businesses with a transport focus

Prior to joining Norton White in 2019, Brendan interned in a top aviation firm in London, studied at the University of Vienna and Utrecht University, the Netherlands, and has been working in the legal industry since his first job as a law clerk in 2012.
