ALISON MCKENZIE | pARTNER
Alison specialises in litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance, together with general commercial legal support on a full range of transport matters.
She has extensive experience working in private practice in Melbourne and London, and was a partner with Gates & Partners and Kennedys, London. Her in-house experience includes senior legal positions with airlines including the Qantas Group, Emirates and easyJet, plus multi-national transport and logistics company, Toll Group. Alison most recently held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Team Global Express (formerly Toll Global Express) where she successfully established and managed the Legal and CoSec functions.

Drafting employment, subcontractor driver and other consultant agreements and advising on compliance and enforcement, including whistleblower legislative requirements.
