NEW SENIOR ASSOCIATE APPOINTMENTS
Norton White is pleased to announce the promotions of Andre Bemmer and Andrew Dunn to Senior Associates.
Andre Bemmer is part of the aviation commercial transaction team. Andre’s expertise includes cross-border and domestic commercial transactions such as financing, acquisition and leasing of aircraft and ships, airport and seaport development projects, commercial aviation contracts, government and industry tender responses, transport companies M&A and corporate governance.
Andrew Dunn is part of the firm’s dispute resolution team. He has experience in a broad range of matters including commercial, consumer and regulatory disputes, coronial inquests, insurance, and employment law, as well as aviation-related claims involving damage to aircraft, passenger claims and cargo disputes before various Australian state, territory and federal courts and tribunals.
