The last 12 months have been quite eventful in Australia's commodity markets. Australia's mineral exports continue to boom (notwithstanding queues and demurrage at some ports). AWB Ltd has been scrutinised during the Cole Commission and the future of the wheat export single-desk is under review. Water is a major issue, and the drought continues (but some rain is appearing on the horizon). Welcome to the first Norton White Commodity Briefcase.
